Nope, not going to AC.
Pennsic starts way to soon (3 weeks)and I am throwing my money and effort there. I'm banking all the comp time I can to be able to take the week off with pay even though I'm not eligible for vacation yet.
Drykath will be there for 24 hours or so, he wants to go suit.
Sikes won't be there, he is saving to pay off debt, prepare for a car, and other such financial responsibility.
So, Sikes and I are spending the weekend doing projects, hitting some local things we like that Dry isn't too into, and relaxing. We are doing whatever we can to make sure the Dry gets to go do his thing and have a blast (without worrying about house/dogs/reptiles/etc.) Current plans have us spending some time at the rifle range and working on some home/craft projects. Maybe get the wood and make the tourney table I have plans for. Add in some anime/movies/vidgames, a tomato sauce binge (its not Dry's favorite) and some good old fashioned quality time with a local friend who can't make AC this year.
Thats my plan..and I'm sticking to it.
