This is the third week of my new workout program and the start of phase 2. Out of 21 days I have stayed under 2100 on all days and worked out on 16 of them.
Progress
Down 1.5 inches around the waist
Down 13 pounds total
Added an inch and 1/4 to the chest
Added 3/4ths to each arm
I've started a 15 min stretch and 30 min ab/back workout in the morning before work. I would have liked to ride into work but the weather is just not that permitting all the time.
I am starting to get a minor case of shin splints, anyone know good cures/workouts for them?
