I caught my first NC-17 movie today! :D

Well, the last week and a couple of days have been rather college like. I'm getting used to the campus (it's comfy now ♥) and I'm on time for my classes. All is good. I'm not really that homesick anymore...it's probably because I've been busy with HW and being entertained by my friends around here. They're awesome.

Chinese class has been going surprisingly smoothly. Ish. Well, I'm certain the teacher doesn't like me as much as other students. But she doesn't out and out hate me. *whew* We've already talked about S.H.E, Jay Chou, and Wang Leehom in class, which is awesome. She also made someone sing in front of the class because he dared speak English to her. LOL. The only problem I think I have with her is that my pinyin tones are my worst point, so she even told me that I really need to fix my pinyin. -_-;;;

Psych is really easy so far. My Professor mostly lectures out of the book, so I have no problems spacing out in class. That and there are these two really cute guys in my class (okay quiet, I am going to a school that's like, 30% Asian, so there's bound to be hot dudes running around) and I was totally happy. I drew a doodle about it in my notes once and one of them noticed. Damn. Good thing he didn't get it. He thought it was from an anime. haha.

Math is okay. I get most of the main concepts that are being taught, but the supplemental stuff is really abstract. It's tough for the entire class...usually I get help from the math study sessions/TA's but they are only available at certain times and/or they don't get the problems themselves.. -_- I actually had a person at the math study sessions that told me that the answer I got from my neighbor (who's in Calc 400 something, so she's a major help) was correct and told me to copy down her answers even though I had no idea how to do it still D:
I like my Professor for Calc. I hear he's a really nice guy and he is. Very energetic. Sometimes too energetic...

My roommate is totally cool too. We take care of each other. Like earlier she called to check up on me because I didn't arrive back to the dorm by 3:30 (something that I usually do everyday). I thought that was sweet. I'm teaching her how to use photoshop. :D

I saw the Lust, Caution movie today starring Tony Leung and Wang Leehom. I caught it with Ally and Jing. :-)> I don't remember the name of the female star, but she was really good. Very impressive. It didn't help that I didn't know that the movie rating was NC-17 (quiet!! I should have known from the title of the movie...) but it was a very engaging I liked it. The music is pretty too. The only thing I didn't like was the really really really long uh...detailed love (can you call it love? The first one was very very violent....omg Tony Leung likes things kinky) scenes...they were rather graphic. At one point I was like "IS THAT EVEN PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE TO DO THAT?!  THAT MUST HURT! OW!OMG". My friend Jing had to whack me to shut me up. LOL.  I covered my eyes during  most of those parts. But yeah, I initially wanted to watch it for Wang Leehom. :D> He was good in the movie too. Very handsome. ♥ I thought it was funny that I had his McDonold's jingle stuck in my head during the entire thing....Bababababa Wo Jiu Xi Huan

So yeah, go watch Lust, Caution. It's a good movie. I recommend it ♥ if you can sit through the really long love scenes...
