Anyways so like, on Saturday, we had a super special awesome unexpected visitor! It was a childhood friend of mine and her mom! RANDOM RIGHT?! VERY. So who is she? Wellllll..
Back back when my brother was in Elementary School, when my mom would pick him up from school, she'd get there early and just..sit in her car and wait, or talk to the other parents waiting! That's when she met Nina, mother of my brother's (probably? I dunno, we always egged him on about it though XP) first crush, ..er.. what's her name.. ... Laurie! I think that's how it's spelt, whatever. So right, they met like what, 20 years ago I guess? And I became friends with her little brother, AJ and sister, Christina. Things were pretty good and fine until we moved from our first house here in Indiana. By then my brother had already ..er..cheated on Laurie kinda (but they were still cool friends for whatever reason?) and hooked up with Robin, who was actually trying to steal him from Laurie like crazy and eventually succeeded. Anyways that happens and eventually he drops out of highschool (so he loses contact with Laurie) and I stopped going to school sometime during my freshman years I think? Or something, so I stopped talking to Christina and AJ too. That plus us moving meant that we kinda stopped talking period, even though I knew where they were and we knew where they were, we just..never really bothered to go back and bug each other up.
Fast forward to now, my brother cheats on Robin (while she's pregnant with her son), and hooks up with his new girlfriend, Erin, who he's engaged to (as if it means something..). Oh, and Robin went and had a one night stand out of..anger I guess and got pregnant again, whoops :D.
So anyways, they came over with news! Laurie is getting married (To a really decent guy! They've been together for a long time, I forget how long, but it's pretty long!). CHRISTINA GOT PREGNANT OH MY GOD WHY. WHYYYY. NO, REALLY. WHY?!
... Anyways, after that shock it was pretty cool! She's going to the university I'm going to, she works at the library there actually. I think it's nice! For the most part her personality hasn't changed either, thank god. .. It's just I can't get over the pregnancy.. sigh! Oh right, we got invited to her sister's wedding, I really really wanna go! It's my first wedding, and I've never really been to one, even though I know how it all goes and it's probably not that big a deal... but but still!
Oh oh, right. So my brother came home Sunday and brought this 2 liter of Oberweis Chocolate Milk. It's container is made of glass and it cost 5-6 bucks... so I'm like, positive it's an uberexpensive richy rich brand. Well, it tasted like a nifty chocolate pain, but now my stomach is crying, bad. I swear my body randomly decides if it can tolerate that stuff, I only had a cup!
So now I'm sicky sick, but I'm forcing myself to get better so I can probably go to Jesus' house tommorrow. He has a computer now, and internet on the 1st. So I wanna help him out with the essentials (throw away IE and never look back, etc etc). ... but I totally don't feel good x_x;
In college news, my advisor is apparently different from the one they assigned me to, whatever. I called THAT one and now I have to wait two weeks to because they're gone. Bah!
