I do believe the world is ending.
Things are getting pretty strange up in here.
Before going to work yesterday, I was informed that one of my friends from high school is bisexual and now has a boyfriend. I guess I was a little surprised, but not shocked.
Then I went to work and had some very interesting customers. There was a lady that was there for an hour and a half. In Hallmark. What the HELL; who spends an hour and a half in Hallmark? I was her "personal assistant" and had to walk through the entire store with her and look at every little thing so she could have my opinion on it. And we just talked about random things like about how you can get your face on stamps. She was a sweet lady, though. She spent something like $200. And she also asked for me to put my name on the receipt so she could call my manager and tell her how nice I was. Yesss, brownie points. Another man asked me to wrap something he bought somewhere else and then tried to give me a bunch of money afterward for my labor. Too bad I wasn't allowed to take it :(
I came home to find out that another one of my friends from high school got married. Wow, that's like the 3rd one this year! Sheesh.
And today is when things got REALLY amusing. My cat was acting really strange all morning, but we didn't think much of it because he's pretty much spaz all the time. But then my dad screams at me, "OH MY GOD, KELLY. You have to come see this!!! It's awesome!" So I cautiously go downstairs with him and low and behold....my cat has about 3 inches of green ribbon hanging out of his ass. My brother had a shitload of ribbon in his room that was tied to some birthday balloons of his, and about three feet was missing from the one with the green ribbon. That three feet of ribbon is now intertwined in my cat's guts and partially hanging out of his butt. We don't know what to do with him, so right now he's in the laundry room with his litterbox. Anyone have any suggestions? haha.
