Who knows?
There's always that sudden burst of inspiration that strikes, and just gives you a burning, unwavering WANT to create. It happens whenever, wherever, and for any reason. For me, it happens after I see something that I really like. I suppose it's one of those instances where subconsciously, you seek to make something better. It's a feeling that's almost competitive. But who knows? Perhaps it's just boredom, and something randomly thought of to fill that extra time you have on your hands. Either way, that just seems to be something that's been happening quite a bit on my time. After that, there's a curious question, with a gargantuan list of answers.
What do I want to do? This question may be answered by a friend or family member. But unless they are actually a clone of yourself that knows exactly what you like, the result probably won't help. Though I'm sure you'll like their answer more than if you asked an enemy. For example, if you asked a friend, they might say something like. "Take some pictures", or "Go draw". While enemies answers, might consist of "Go die", or some other suggestion that might not be very pleasant. Who knows?
Me, I take secret answer C. Go do something and if you don't feel like it's satisfactory, do something else. Something more worth while, like reading some unknown person's livejournal about getting inspiration,and not knowing what to do. But honestly, that doesn't sound that fun in my opinion. :)
