Stargate: Atlantis
Wow, you are all stupid to eat that food. Yer all gonna die.
I like this Ford guy. It's cool how they shadow his normal eye, so we only see the black one.
Weir and that Major guy should get together. I could see that.
EHeheh, Ronan just knocks over the chair. For some reason that made me laugh.
Funny little blond science man is uber gay. And suffering from inadequacy issues.
Aww, Sheppard and McKay are supercute.
Oh, montage.
OMG, a freaking yes/no touch screen?
Those Wraith ships have really crappy lighting. They probably all have awful eyesight.
To be continued... What?
Those chained up Wriath will cause problems.
nip/tuck
So Sean stopped off to get a haircut before going to Christian's? And got a little plastic surgery for the scar on his cheek? And they wouldn't have Sean identify the body like that. Duh, it's his freaking apartment.
People are only say nice things when you're dead. Everyone loves you when you're dead too. Ohhh, this must be Sean's dream because I read that Entertainment Weekly article, which flat out said that Christian lived.
To be shallow, Matt needs a haircut.
Ohh, it's Christian's dream, not Sean's. That interesting though considering what Sean said.
Poor Christian. My god, the Carver must have known that the rape would done more damage than the scarring.
I don't like Julia. I like Jude though. With or without the fake accent.
Rhona Mitra. I'm so in love with you. I forgive you for leaving "Boston Legal" because you're on "nip/tuck" now.
I can't believe that they'd leave the bloody sheets there if for none other reason than they're evidence.
I love watching breast implant surgeries. Heh, nice song too. Sick, sticky, gooey, busted implants.
I'm with Christian on that. Kimber's porn looks boring. I liked her towards the end of her speech. She looked kinda pretty instead of haggard. The intercutting works on the interrelated level. He's just laying on the couch asking her to marry him. How romantic. The "Without a Trace" fade away thing was odd, but I guess it works in the dramatic sense.
Christian is overcompensating and she's being a bitch. Christian's the victim and she's being mean.
Is that a box of chocolates? It's a little much for Christian to bring Sean candy. Ohh, I always forget that it's the super swank lunch box.
I don't understand why Sean is clinging to Julia. Sean relationship with Christian is directly related to his relationship with Julia. Christian blames Sean for what the Carver did to him. I can see that in a way because of the pro bono work that Sean did knowing what would happen. It says a lot that Christian blames him, yet still communicates with him instead of running away.
I remember seeing something like that on tv once a few years back. It's sad in such a weird way.
Sean looks more like Chris Issak than anything.
I'm lazy, but at least I'm not that lazy. Damn HMOs. This reminds me that I still have to look into TiVo. I think I'll rent "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" OMG, is she sitting in four years of waste? We talked about something like this in Chemistry once, but it was about how a book on a table would meld the molecules over thousands of years until they were the same.
Lord, if you have to take out a wall to get out of the house, there's some problems.
I liked the editing of taking the wall down to the music.
Umm, that tarp's not going to do a lot of good when people can just go around it. I thought they were going to put it around the firemen. Holy shit, I thought they were going to the ambulance, but they're going to the flat bed! Okay, that tarp definately doesn't do any good if she's just going to get driven down the freaking road! Have I mentioned how much I love that song? I bet there's not a lot of times that plastic surgerons run into an emergency in the field though.
Her husband must be a bastard who takes her disability check.
Mmm, Christian in all black and Quentin in all white. That's hot. And Quentin is super gay. I remember him when he worked on Sean last season and he's a lot more interesting. That eye on the wall is cool.
I love that window. It's in my lj layout actually.
At least Christian can still put a smile on his face for patients.
It's the ultimate example of apathy and what happens when you don't move forward.
I freaking love this song too. I forgot how great the music is on here. Now I'm going to have to go through my files and find that song to listen to again.
Her husband, Danny, isn't what I thought he would be. He's actually sad.
Agg, I hate Julia's mother. She's always going for an angle to control her daughter. It's interesting that the actresses are mother and daughter while playing mother and daughter. That must be a little weird.
Is that Christian's way of getting out of doing the surgery or him getting involved. I guess it could be either way, but prolly the latter.
I see Momma Boone more as a plot device to move the characters forward than as something outrageous. What's going to happen to her though? There wasn't a lot that could be done with the story except for her to die for the better of moving the plot and characters.
Economics don't come directly into the foregound a lot in "nip/tuck".
I can see Christian trying to have sex with the detective to get control of the situation, but I can't see him trying to have sex with her in the same bedroom he was raped in. Not even to get control. It hasn't been that long and I don't see him getting over it that quick. It's all facade. Are they kidding? No way they'd reenact that. That's beyond kinky and kinda creepy. The detective is messed up. Sex is a given for "nip/tuck", but Christian not being able to even be in the apartment then going to having sex in that bed are odd. It was funny that he saw Kimber, still kept going, then stopped. Threesomes are, again, normal for "nip/tuck", but it felt awkward.
Isn't that always what happens, Julia wants something until she gets it. Now the "Without a Trace" fade away thing makes sense because they were going for the effect of it being Julia, then Sean.
House
I don't get what the big deal is about the kiss. Some jackass complained to the FCC and there's an investigation, but whatever. If I was a nine year old with cancer, I'd want Chase to make with the smooches too. Yes, it was ickywrongbad, but Cameron's reaction reflected that.
Great episode. Funny moments along with touching ones. Not to mention the Wilson and House stuff.
I'd do commentary and such, but I don't wanna.
Battlestar Galactica
I've seen a few episodes of season one while I watched season two, so I'm missing information, but I've been thinking about what the Cylon said about then getting to Kobol and finding the way to Earth. From what I've seen everything he said has been true. He said that Adama was a Cylon, but he didn't say which. Roslin took it to mean Bill, but I think it's Zak or even Lee. There's probably something in an episode that I haven't seen, which discounts me.
I hate that score. This won't end well. The chances of them meeting. Something's wrong.
It's great to see them happy, but what does this mean? More people who survived, more weapons, more ships, more resources, but also more people to be responsible, for feeding and providing for.
And Tryol goes right to the ship.
Are all XOs alcoholics? I always forget that Galactica was going to be decommissioned.
I wonder if there's another dying leader on Pegasus. Doesn't Roslin outrank Cain or does the presidency not count in the military?
I guess having Cylon prisoners are all the rage. I wonder which model they have. It's gotta be one we've seen.
OMG, that crew is frakked up.
They shouldn't let that guy look at the Blackbird. I seriously thing they want to steal the technology.
OMG, and I thought they treated Cylon's bad on Galactica holy crap. Jesus, they see the Cylons as things and not people. Just think of all the things they must have done to her because they don't see her as human. I hate that crew.
There's something going on because she's taking the "best people", who happen to be difficult.
Those people are disgusting. I don't care if she's a Cylon that is wrong on so many levels. Christ, she's pregnant. I'm so proud of Tryol and Helo for working together to help her though. I'm glad they killed him. That's what they did to the other Cylon too. I'm so disgusted with this. Poor Sharon pulling the blanket over her.
They haven't shown them changing the number of survivors, so I hope they don't stick around.
Aww, toasterlove. Gauis and Six are the greatest thing ever.
Thank god, someone has sense enough to think twice about going with the flow.
I guess the score is supposed to be mean they're going "Old School" or something. Does he seriously think putting his hand over the phone works?
OMG, another to be continued? To get this straight, what are they going to do? Aren't some of Galactica's people on the Pegasus? I know Lee and Kara are off, but there had to be more than those two.
Thinking about how one sidedly evil the Pegasus crew was made me think of why, beyond storytelling reasons, that the crews are so different. The commanding officers have something to do with it. I think Cain let things go to the extreme because they have no civilians like Galactica. Pegasus is what happens with government. There are problems on Galactica, but certainly more on Pegasus.
OMG, I went to look up the air date for the next episode so I'd know when to look for the torrent and it's freaking January.
