Yuletide Nominations

Yuletide nominations are open right now, and will be closing roughly Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 02:30:00 GMT. A more accurate closing time will be announced at yuletide-admin closer to that time. I know a few are considering participating for the first time this year, so: if you don't have an AO3 account you request one through yuletide and if you miss nominations you can still sign up for the challenge, offering to write or asking to receive fandoms that other people have nominated. Official yuletide news happens at yuletide-admin, which has a dreamwidth feed. (There's a list of ineligible fandoms there that you may want to skim, before you nominate - Camp Rock (movie) is on it, which surprised me; if you nominate an ineligible fandom you are not permitted to change that nomination.) There's also yuletide, which is where things like a spreadsheet of yuletide letters get posted.

I can answer questions about how character and fandom names are organised on the archive. (I'm writing my nominations so that they match the archive organisational system.)

Now I just need to figure out what I want to do with my three nomination slots. I'm thinking St Trinian's (2007 2009) and am seriously eyeing, um, a Scott Edgar & The Universe song, actually, various RPF things, Fishing Girl, and the usual subcategory of "Canadian things that it would amuse me to nominate".
