Yuletide goes live in about half an hour. I am completely terrified. It's not the longest fic I've ever written - there's one I sent through multiple betas over the course of about two years and have never posted. I am posting this. (Have posted this.) Someone is going to read this. It is a story I wrote for them; it would be nice if they liked it. *FLAIL*
At any rate, I've learned a lot doing this, which is good, and soon deliveries will be made and I can stop panicking. Panicking would be illogical. Illogical like wee Spock in a sweater, but sadly completely devoid of the adorable and awesomeness.
There's also Christmas-y Doctor Who. I like the Christmas Doctor Who thing, it means that there's something good, and new, and I'll always think of "Who says I'm not, red bicycle when you were twelve." and it makes me happy.
There's also new Sherlock Holmes tomorrow, which I'm kind of excited for, mostly because of RDJ. He's amused me in what I can remember seeing him in right now, and from what I've seen (not much) of the press tour [Letterman and this photo] - I think it might be the suits. And the gay. It's a nice combination and I'm kind of easy that way, alright? The Victoriana will also be loads of fun.
Also: there are seasonal Muppets (Ringing of the Bells) so things are okay, and soon there will be yulefic for all.
ETA: I GOT ENCHANTED FOREST FIC, YOU GUYS! *IS MASSIVELY EXCITED*
