driedvoicesSummary: Lydia resurrects another dead werewolf. At least this one buys her dinner.
Rating: PG-13 | 11,462 words | Erica/Lydia
I love Lydia in this. I love how strong she is in the face of feeling so vulnerable and I love the relationship that develops between her and Erica - it doesn't exist at all to begin with, not really, and then it's this fragile new thing that develops further. There's all of this growth in the fic and the character interactions are awesome.

lady_ragnellSummary: A chance meeting in the hospital the morning after Laura kills Peter leaves Laura with a telepathic connection to a teenager she'd never met before--one who, after she finds out about werewolves, wants the bite.
Rating: PG-13 | 14,812 words | Erica/Laura
This is really great. The tension between her and Erica is believable and pretty non-creepy. Erica is so much herself and Laura's feeling her out - this person suddenly in her head who wants to be a werewolf - and sorting out the business of being Alpha in Beacon Hills and I am just so much a fan of her chugging on and being an adult. I feel like this is how the story should have gone down.
November Pink by
MissLouisaSummary: Cora can barely remember what it's like to do the proper family thing - she moved around from pack to pack for the years she was missing, like an unwanted foster child, and she's experienced Thanksgiving and Christmas with families, but they haven't been her own family in a long long time.
Somehow, Cora and Derek end up hosting Thanksgiving for Lydia and the Stilinskis.
Rating: PG-13 | 3,580 words | Cora/Lydia
This fic is full of tentative relationships just starting to be built and it is really lovely for that. It's sweet and kind of awkward. I like the relationship between Cora and Derek a whole lot; they try with each other but are both pretty reserved, it's an interesting dynamic. The relationships in this are pretty satisfyingly realistic.

fightingtheblankpageSummary: After her brother's death, and after killing her own uncle, Laura doesn't have much reason to stay in control over herself. She spends years roaming the woods around her house, and forgetting who she was before. Then, one day, Lydia Martin buys the old Hale house on a whim. Lydia wants to be left alone. Laura wants to have a pack again.
Rating: G | 14,872 words | Laura/Lydia
This is a deliciously tropey AU with a near feral Laura reaching out to Lydia. It is basically exactly what you would expect to read based on its summary and it could benefit from a beta but it's kind of great. It has people feeling alone and disconnected, slaughtered offerings, head-pats and cuddles, and, of course, a dramatic showdown. It's fun.
