Dear Apple Care Phone Tech Person Angel,
You are not very helpful in figuring out how to get my Applecare initiated. All you managed to do was run me around in interesting circles and waste my time this morning. I already stated that my laptop was purchased through MCAD and I haven't seen anything other than the frillin' box it arrived in. Obviously I don't have the damn receipt.
I was informed last night that whatever my laptop has is under a special contract. Since I've seen so many other laptops fucking explode, I'd kind of like to have some kind of warranty or care plan on mine... like the person that I spoke to last night stated was purchased but not registered.
Now, I don't have time to get breakfast before class because I was playing with you on the phone when the entire thing could have been quickly ended with an apology about not being able to help me.
I hope that you have as nice a day as you've started mine out as.
