(no subject)
I swear, I seem to be a little healthier when I'm drawing. Obviously I should just continue feeding this particular illness. It's less costly in the long run and more rewarding than being stuck in the dorms.
Procedure went fine and literally as soon as we walked out of the out-patient center, we went seeking a place to eat. I couldn't eat much but lately I've started slowly moving up to more of my old terrifying amounts. Maybe some of whatever was helping to make my life a little less pleasant got swept out. Damned if I know and I'm at a point where I don't really care.
Things have picked up academically again. I have the makeup chem exam tomorrow (owowowow) and apparently my Biology lab final is next Monday. So Thursday evening I'll be in the lab and reviewing with the TA and someone who asked me to study with them. I have no problems helping her and I could really use the brush-up in the phylums and classes. The lovesss questions likes that, don'ts they Precious?
I also have the sneaking suspicion that the math class is having their finals early as well. Owwie. And there's no chem lab this week. Too bad I did the make-up lab and not the current one and I need to get notes from missing a class last week on half-cells. But the nuclear stuff we're learning now is fairly simplistic and I can still do my thermodynamic stuff. I shouldn't take it too rough on the last exam. The Chapter 16 exam that I took with the rest of the class despite not being there for essentially any of the lecture was a 77. And then we handed them back in so he could do a final check, resulting in my grade being an 81 at the end. Yaaaaaay. I'll have to make an honest effort to screw myself over now I think Oo; Especially with an 'A' being an 85 and up around here because Chem classes tend to gang-bang students.
Going home again this weekend, though this time it's to pretend I have a life (it's also why I'm reviewing at the bio lab thursday instead of at the last second on Saturday). Why? Bowling for Soup will be at Embry Riddle and I've found I like their music. It's concert time, baby! XD
