Jo is a rock star and got the car in and fixed first thing this morning. The new window cost about $180, which is a lot less than I was expecting - so that's a plus.
Other than the break-in, we had a great time last night. We went and saw Athlete play at Schuba's. They're on tour opening for Switchfoot but squeezed in a couple of headliner shows in Chicago during an off-day. They had a 7pm and a 10pm show and we went to the early one. We had some awesome drinks at Joey's Brickhouse before the show too. They had 24oz flavored Long Island Iced Teas for only $6.50 and after two each, we were ready for anything.
Athlete sounded great, but they only played for about an hour, which was a disappointment. Their 2nd album was #1 on the UK charts and I believe their last album was at #4 or 5 - but they get absolutely no love in the States. It's a shame, they're really good. If you've never heard them before, I highly recommend their Tourist album.
