So, for V-Day.... I bought Jo and myself a nice electric fondue set. It's a Cuisinart, and has really great reviews.

I've found the recipe for Geja's cheese fondue (one of our favorite Chicago restaurants). It has some pretty frou-frou ingrediants, but maybe it's a good idea to have Kirsch on hand. Also, when Jo and I were in Banff (where we made Maddie) we had an amazing chocolate dessert fondue made w/ Toblerone bars. I e-mailed the resort and they sent me the recipe...so I can't wait to try it. I also just got a book of recipes by Rich Rogers that has some great stuff in it (Dutch Gouda & Beer.... Smokey Cheddar & Apple Cider).
I see a lot of dipping in my future.
