I finally found my megacon entry.

Megacon was fun. Lou Ferrigno was not. All the guest people were charging 20 bucks for signatures. Apollo From Battlestar Galactica (Richard Hatch) was cool though. He spoke instad of grunted, and told me about his upcoming comic that will soon become a series. Anyway, I bought a Bo, a Gasa (hat), zorris (sandals), a tessen (fan), a nice fixed-blade utility knife, carbon black coated surgical steel with three hollow rivets running through it. Very simplistic design making for a nice, but affordable blade. Oh, and Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons busts for my uncle/kiss fanatic Carlos. That's 18+15+10+3+10+16. Pair that up with the ultimately useless concert tickets for the J-Rock show that I got (20 bucks) and I spent 92 dollars on merchandise. Ah, yes. the miracle of anime cons. I went as somebody ghost-hacked by the laughing man (i.e. a posterboard laughing man mask that I didn't wear most of the time) and ended up running into another, better incarnation of a laughing man ghost-hack. I then wept. I managed to see half the stereotypical cosplayers: Lots of Naruto, although I saw the random sailor suits and stormtroopers, as well as the cardboard box Optimus Primes. And apparently half of this entry wasn't typed, and I'm not going to finish, so guess the rest.
