Part 6
Kai silently made his way to Uruha’s room. He couldn’t sleep and he was bored. He guessed Uruha would still be awake, he had heard the other move in his room only a few minutes ago.
He knocked on the door and slowly opened is.
“Uruha??”
The room was dark, and as far as Kai could see, there was no Uruha around. He took a few steps into the room and looked around. It was then that he noticed the door to the balcony was slightly opened.
“Uruha??” Kai asked again as he opened that door as well.
Uruha was standing on the side of the balcony, his eyes where focused on the starry sky.
He didn’t seem to notice Kai at all.
“Uruha??” Kai asked a bit louder now and patted the other’s shoulder.
The sudden feeling of a hand on his shoulder made Uruha wake up from his trance.
“K-Kai??” Uruha looked around surprised; he certainly didn’t expect the other to come to him at this time of the night.
“Is something wrong??” He asked concerned.
Kai smiled slight and shook his head.” No, I just couldn’t sleep and got bored…”
“a-ah…I had the same problem” Uruha smiled sheepish.
They where both silent for a while.
Just standing there, in the middle of the night, watching the night sky above them.
“You want to go out for a walk??” Uruha asked Kai, breaking the silence as he did so.
Kai nodded and smiled faint. A night walk sounded nice.
Together they walked down the hallway. They didn’t need to put on a coat, the nights where warm at this time of the year.
They walked through the empty streets. Both not speaking, nor wanting to, just enjoying each others company.
Uruha was currently busy thinking over the things that had happened for the last month. First Kai and that letter he actually wasn’t allowed to read. And then of course, the events of this evening. Uruha blushed slightly as he thought of how good it felt to be that close to Kai.
Also, he hadn’t managed to figure out who Kai was in love with. With all of his heart he hoped he was the one Kai was in love with. But he was sure as hell that he wasn’t.
Kai on the other hand, was pondering about what Uruha could’ve been thinking of on the balcony.
Frowning slightly as he couldn’t find a logical explanation.
“Ne Uruha, what where you thinking of on the balcony??” Kai asked, having decided to voice his question.
“I-I…N-nothing…”Uruha really couldn’t tell Kai, that he was what he had been thinking of earlier. He was actually surprised by Kai’s bluntness of the question.
“Nothing?? Ohh come on Uruha, I know you where thinking about something important, else you wouldn’t space out like that…” Kai almost begged. He couldn’t help it, he was too curious for his own good.
It was getting hard for Uruha to keep his mouth shut at Kai’s pleading eyes and voice.
“You” Uruha said as he stopped walking.
“e-eh??” Kai asked confused. He wasn’t sure what the other was trying to say. Or maybe he was, but he just needed to hear it all.
“I-I was thinking about you” Uruha explained. He looked down at the ground embarrassed Uruha cursed himself silently for giving into Kai’s questions as he started walking again.
Kai silently followed him, not knowing what to think or say.
They had arrived in a rather big park, big for a city like Tokyo at least.
They walked over a small bridge that was crossing a little stream that flowed through the park.
Around the river where all kind’s of trees and in the light of the moon, the whole scene looked like it came out of a fairy tale.
“Why??” Kai asked confused but serious nonetheless. The ‘being happy’ act, was dumped the moment Uruha said you. He wanted to know, why Uruha was thinking about him, and in what way.
Uruha stopped walking, paused for a moment and then turned to face Kai.
“I-I’m worried about you, Kai” He explained. It made Kai frown, why would Uruha be worried, he thought no one noticed.
But before Kai could say anything else Uruha continued.
“I-I….Kai…I” Uruha paused for a moment and inhaled a shaky breath. It was now or never.
“Kai…I-I love you, and I know you love someone else already but I just wanted to let you know….I’m sorry if this is bothering you….I-I guess I can better go…” Uruha said in one breath and silently turned around to walk away from a shocked Kai.

Gah~ I'm sorry for the crappiness>> I'm not totaly happy with this chapter, it just wouldn't turn out the way I wanted>.<
Anyway, I hope to have part 7 up this evening^^;
