The straw
Have you ever had that moment. Where you witness that change in how someone acts toward you, or you FINALLY see for yourself what others have. You feel the moment someone you considered close, is now not someone you would go fully out of your way for.
I felt that moment yesterday.
Maybe you think it's a stupid reason, but like the subject eludes, it's the straw that broke the camels back. Regarding an amigurumi I made them. I had to alter a pattern make it unique, make it something they like. I posted request to see what people's yarn pets were up to. Person was even tagged. Didn't get a picture. Even my brother's partner posted pictures!
It's been months. Then I see them post a picture of a plushie they received and about how much they love it. Machine made. The same type of animal I had made them with my own hands and on my time.
When I saw the post it just... got under my skin. I couldn't figure out why. I almost posted on their post "Oh so you have favorites" but decided to just post here.
