Things that make the mind boggle:
The neighbours inability to talk to each other at a normal sound level. When I can hear you through the walls and over the TV, it means you're talking too loud.
The same neighbours insistence on playing Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" loudly. It's bad enough I have to listen to you talking, please stop traumatising me.
The things they think up at Martin/Sam boards. Flooding FF.net with third rate stories is neither considerate of others or friendly. Also, OMG they're so cute!!!!!111111 is not the most valid reason for shipping characters. Oh, and
smut_queen? That email came through ;)
People who voted Amy off A.I. and put LaToya and Jennifer in the bottom three. Were they watching another show? One in which the other contestants actually held a note and didn't fall flat? Because seriously, some of them were bad. Painfully so.
Why I continue flicking to Fox News. It's the most biased news channel I've ever come across and yet I still watch it on occassion. Maybe it's because I've become more adept at picking out the crap and do enjoy a bit of mocking. Although, to be totally fair, some portions are not bad.
Writers insistence on shoving triangles into shows. I'm sure they can work well, but they're shoved in there so often with little to no consideration of the actual storyline that it soon becomes tired and predictable. It does little justice to the characters and, more often than not, I end up disliking one of them.
People who went to the trouble to attending that AtS rally. I know people find it admirable. I find it sad. Rallying about a huge injustice or political decision you disagree with? Sure. Rallying about a TV show? Not in a million years. I wouldn't dream of doing it for any show.
