So they took the new card, but they don't know how resourceful I am! I just biked over to the next town and used the cafe's.
Suckers.
ALSO I found the cafe because I called a shelter for abused people because it was obvious the cops aren't gonna do shit. They referred me to the shelter and it turns out they have computers that I can use as long as I make a purchase (which I am fine with because I haven't really... eaten since Thursday.)
Also, I think the person I found is gonna help me.
