rhetoric, what have you done to me?!
i am having such a hard time limiting my comparative analysis of pride and prejudice and wright's adaptation of it to five pages! i've barely written more than a page, but i can sorta tell already that i'm going to need to seriously condense what i've planned in my head... i think i'm way too used to writing long papers (10+ pages), so now it's extremely difficult to see how i can shave down my evidence/argument to fit. argh!
and regarding the second half of the assignment, i've barely got ANY idea how i'm going to write it. it's gotta be five pages, too. but - come on, make my own adaptation of the novel? sure, it seems like fun, but not when it's the night before it's due...
oh yeah, did i mention that? it's due tomorrow, and it's 9 PM, and i have a little over a page done out of 10 pages total. yipee!
