I learned how to snip!
You know how sometimes people on your friend’s list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think “Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???” And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you *should* already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

4.Occupation: POS Associate with Kohl's. I'm a cashier.
5. Partner: No.
6. Kids: No.
7. Brothers/Sisters: One older brother, one older sister, and one younger sister. We're all two years apart. We're pretty close, and these were my friends for most of my life, pretty much. Kind of, I guess. At least as far as outside of school, anyway, since I only really associated with school friends at school for the most part.
8. Pets: We have a dog named Precious, who we picked up at an SPCA in Texas a few years ago. We also have two cats, Kitcat and Caddie. We bought Kitcat at a pet store five or six years ago, I think, and we got Caddie from a local SPCA a couple years back. Precious is hyperactive and tries to herd the cats, Kitcat is a jerk and is fat, and Caddie is old and sickly.
9. List the 3-5 biggest things going on in your life:
- I'm working a lot lately since it's summer and I'm not taking any classes. Hopefully soon I'll be able to make back all the money I spent in Chicago and pay off my credit line before I move to Chicago next year.
- Speaking of work, I applied for a promotion to POS Specialist a couple nights ago, to hopefully refill my moneybags a little faster. It would also have more of a regular schedule which would be really nice. I think there's probably a pretty okay chance of me getting it, but on the other hand, I'm terrible at soliciting credit, which is like the biggest driving force at Kohl's. Plus I took too long to clock out again yesterday, so I'm gonna get in trouble for that for a third time. -_-
- Aside from that, the only other major thing that's really going on with me is that I'm trying to change myself so that I'll be somewhat more in control of myself. The eventual goal is to be calm and aware of my surroundings and other people. At the very least, I'd like to think before I speak or act. I haven't decided what else needs changing just yet, but this little bit here is already slow going, and I've just started, so other adjustments can be added later. If you have any suggestions though, feel free to mention them.
10. Where and for what did you go to school for?: So far I've only gone to Casa Roble High School and Sierra College, and I've just been taking whatever classes seem interesting and a few basic classes (finally passed english 1a last semester!).
11. Parents: My dad, Brett, is a product engineer at Hewlett-Packard. I like him a lot, and we get along pretty well for the most part. My mom, Holly, left us sometime around my sophmore year in high school, and I haven't really heard much from her since.
