your taste matures over time
I love unearthing CD's that were disregarded a long time ago because my taste in music was neophyte, unrefined, and yes, impatiently close-minded. I know you can all relate to musical insularity. That is foul! We need to expand our horizons!
Anyways, I just found an old promo CD mixed by Jon Sa Trincha - and at a glorious time too! It is called 'The Salinas Beach Mix'(named after the legendary Spanish beach) and its balearic ethno-housey grooves reflect the warmth and sun of Ibiza, and respectively Bali too! And since I'm going to Bali in 7 days, nothing will stop me from including this in my beach arsenal of music!
