EDITORS (WILLING TO TRAIN)

☀ Proficiency in Photoshop 7+

☀ Ability to take constructive criticism

☀ Comfortable with Pen Tool

☀ Bright, clear monitor (can't edit something if you can't see it!)

TYPESETTERS (WILLING TO TRAIN)

☀ Choice of fonts and/or open resources

☀ Good eye for matching fonts to original RAWs

☀ Creative aesthetics

QUALITY CHECKERS

☀ Attention to detail

☀ Fluency in the English language

☀ Ability to catch editing mistakes-- lines not edited out, missed areas when blackening, missed dust, mis-centered text, typos, fuzzy frames

☀ Clear monitor

DISTRO

☀ Available webspace/bandwidth for DDLs (AND/OR)

☀ Knowledge in IRC scripts/bots

☀ Access to be on IRC more than a few hours a day, if above
