the interview went wonderfully! I asked all the right questions and provided all the right answers, and the guy interviewing me did a wonderful job making me come to the right conclusions about the facility. Well see though- he asked me at the end what he could do to sway my opinion in his favor.. I said I wasnt too sure since I was now leaning that way but had more interviews to attend the following week (cant look as desperate as i really am, now can i?), so he invited me to eat lunch with some of the clients and staff members on Wednesday.
Job looks good starting, even better after the first year- but i would work a 5 week swing schedule with rotating weekends and also rotation between 1st and 2nd shifts. 1 to 3 clients at any given time so as not to take away time from the girls and not to overwhelm the staff.. training and all that good informational seminar stuff.. paid sick and personal days and 11 paid holidays.. full benefits.. my own desk :)
well see- i really wanna counsel and this may be my foot in the door. Not as high paying as some of the other jobs Im interviewing for, but really now, Im never going to make a ton of money in this field so I shouldnt make that my top concern or priority.
Ah well, thats it for now- just doing some contemplating on paper, or computer- whatever.
oh yeah..
I GRADUATE IN A WEEK!!
i have some pretty heavy stuff on my mind concerning this topic, but i think thats a little more personal. May be time to have some quality phone convo time with Elena ;)
