Mom hates taking my brother and I shopping... "hey, this is a good movie!" "can I get this dvd?" "look mom!!! scrappy books! and there's 9 of them! can I have them all?" "mom, can I get this 6-pack of burritos for dinner?" "look mom, Smirnoff twisted! let's get some!" (this is actually Keith's line.. as much as I'd love some twisted, I think alcohol and all of my meds would definitely equal not so fun!!!) Mom always winds up with a much bigger bill when we go with her... but mom's always glad to buy me books, and dvds that are funny so I'm in a good mood, etc... but when we were at costco the other day, we saw these 2 huge sets- one was a huge punch set, and the other was a nig ol' stamp set, both around $40. Now I'd [i][b]love[/i][/b]both or either of the sets (especially the stamp set cuz then I could totally make all sorts of LOs and cards), but there's no way I'd ask my mom to get it for me (now...i mean my birthday's in a month, I can wait...maybe...not really....ok I want it NOW!!!! lol), so I dropped a minorly huge hint, and said "wow, this would be perfect, who could I hit up for this?" while talking about the stamp set. She said the next time someone asks me what I want or if i need anything to tell them about the sets... now for someone to ask, eh?!?!?! I WANT THE STAMP SET!!!!!!!!!!! grrr.... and the punch set, but the stamps would make my day and I'd frolic and rejoice!! lol!
