springtime is right around the corner.
So hey guys! Basically in my weeks of neglect for LJ was anime club's/music club's spirit week, and then final exam week, and then my first week of the new semester. And I was too lazy to update. idk. I like my classes now a lot better than last semester, probably because the workload has diminished a lot. I have Algebra II and Physics, both honors, which is a lot nicer than my two APs from last semester. They tie into each other a lot, so it's 3 hours of the saaaame thing. I guess it'll make it easier to learn? I don't have very many friends in my morning classes, though. I sit next to a friend of mine who's a sophomore in math, and that's about it - and in science it's me and another junior from my Graphics class. I get along with most of everyone pretty well, so it doesn't really bother me. Plus 95% of my close friends don't go to my school anyway.
Graphics is the same old, same old. Though we were all so frustrated with the new project - rendering fur on an object - this week that we just watched Final Fantasy game walkthroughs, A Very Potter Musical, it's sequel, and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (which I also saw at cielmort 's loltastic fantastic 18th birthday party and again with my dad and brother the week before lmao) I wound up making tribbles that were animated to a fall from an opening air duct....though they looked more like porcupines. OTL
I also counted my cardigans - because I've been curious if JD's hipster claims have some ground - and I have 12 plus the ones I borrow from my mom. So um. Yeah. =w=.
Also the recent Square Enix announcements had me flailing something hardcore. Though I'm really disapointed that FF 13-2 is coming out before Versus. EVEN THOUGH LIGHTNING IS NOT GOING TO BE A POPSTAR HECK YEAH. 8D
This weekend - because of my freedom from homework - I've been burning through D. Gray-man and Macross Frontier like a crazy person. The latter of which I'd only seen the first three episodes on, and now I'm about halfway through the show. I really like it, but the battles sometimes bore me despite the rainbow color shiny everywhere and I watch for the soap opera drama stuff. I'm a horrible person. =w=;; And I like Ranka better than Sheryl, don't hate. I had an interesting IM conversation with Vannah while watching the episode where Alto and Sheryl get stuck in the locker together, which consisted of me going "sdfjsdlfjlfkjl" and calling her a "slutface" among other things. I know that I'm going to grow to like her, but she's annoying me right now. Pfff.
I also am a horrible person for defying my plan of eating healthy for Final Fantasy cosplay silliness. I made smores, two batches of cookies, and a cake at my dad's house this weekend. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
But I'm super excited to cosplay with akichou ~~~~ ♥ *slaps* She's amazing.
