I was packing my room two days ago, and I dug out quite a few different magazines, dating back to 2006 issues.
Most were bought because I liked JJ Lin A LOT at that time.
I suspected I might have overlooked some Jpop stuff, since I was really into Jrock stuff during that period as well, so I flipped through the magazines.
And true enough... there actually were quite a few on News and KAT-TUN.
I question why Arashi's popularity wasn't reflected anywhere at all.

News! Well they talked about how amazing Yamapi is, and that was about it.
YEAH TEPPEI! 8D It was just a random article about cute boys. Sadly, there were Kpop guys on the next page.

On the K news section, there would this HUGE two to three page article on them (K stuff in general), whereas the J news section would be crammed into ONE page.
AND, your Kpop shit is taking over almost every magazine published locally! (Thankfully at least a magazine like Seventeen isn't tainted)
I RATHER THEY JUST PUBLISH A KPOP MAGAZINE AND SPARE THE REST OF US WHO ACTUALLY BOTHER ABOUT ENGLISH POP AND WHATNOT!
Okay, end of my random rant.
If you're a Kpop fan and you happen to read this, I'm sorry, but that's just how I feel about Kpop.
I have my own views, and I don't give a shit about what you might think about Jpop.
This is my journal, so I'll say what I want.
Maybe when I'm in a better mood I'll feel bad for writing this.
