stuff in general.

Started Spring Semester today with African Art History...really, I only took it because the professor is amazing and I figure...what the hell, Picasso looked at African masks and he turned out okay, right? Next I have HistoryPhilosophyandSocialSciencesoftheRenaissanceandReformation. Which looks like AP Euro with some Dante thrown in. Tuesday is Found Drawing with Mr. Sylvia, Wednesday is liberal arts again, Thursday is 2d with Dejasu and Friday is 3d with unknown teacher number three. Rumor has it that Dejasu lets you do anything..which will be entirely refreshing after Matt Monk's "LET'S DO 300 DRAWINGS OF THIS, LIKE THIS, DUE TOMORROW". I think I'll just make an artist book for that class.

It's 61 degrees right now. whatthehellprovidence. I found out that my spring break is from March 22-30th, I'm probably taking the train home with Cat Stephens because she is in Baltimore...and then at least 7 hours of the trip wouldn't be entirely painful.

It's been...10 months with Evan, things are well despite the distance. He's coming down to Virginia in the Summer and we're planning to drive to North Carolina to stay with his Grandparents for a while. So Yay :)

Anyone who has not seen Reefer Madness the Musical...well, you need to fix that. It's the best thing I've seen in quite a while (Though I just spent a month watching silly Avant Garde movie junk)

Apparently Nick isn't doing to well as an only dog. He whimpers a lot according to my mom and has been sleeping upstairs every night so he isn't lonely. Poor little dog. Grandma Calcaterra is still Crazy. The other one is still annoying.

My parents are slowly cleaning out Grandma Calcaterra's house. I think they're going to rent it out or something (hello risd money), but I'm getting a good chunk of free furniture which will be extremely helpful in a couple years. And then we will have three pianos. eh?? It's a weird concept to be cleaning out someone's house when they are still alive.

I've been hanging out a lot with Cat Stephens and my RA. They're crazy, but in a good way.

I'm starting to realize how much I don't miss Virginia. I considered applying for Summer RA during Pre-college here, but that would fuck up the North Carolina plans. That and I'm supposed to go to a wedding in Myrtle Beach in June. Huzzah.

Anyway, that's the buzz here. I figured I should just make a post of the silly stuff that's going on.
I hope you all are well despite the cold and rain and school work.
