Just received the latest release from Dependent.
DCI 3, is a box of 3 singles by Dependent artists.
This time is the turn of Stromkern, Dismantled, and Straftanz.
We like this very much already at 418Towers.
Stromkern - Reminders.
Some top new mixes on here, they range from clasical to almost anthemic rock. They appear to have reworked the track in some rather marvelous ways. I love this band, they never fail to surprise with their changes in direction. Perfectly executed as usual. Included is a rather splendid mix by Rhys Fulber.
Dismantled - Thanks for Everything.
A much underrated band this one. They always manage to attain a fabulous quality of production and songs that have strength and structure. Incldes Rotersand mix.
Straftanz - Straftanz.
A new one to me this one. Imagine if you will, industrial/techno with a good singalong chorus and lots of shouting in german. Apparently it namechecks a few of Germany's top clubs in it's lyrics too. Very stompy and bouncy, the kids'll love it.
