Gotta get out of here
So this morning two female coworkers of mine are talking about a drinking experience that one of them had. (You might remember Woman1 as the woman who thought that trapezoids were three eyed dinosaurs.)
Woman1: "So I woke up in the morning at the naval yard in Annapolis with no idea how I got there."
Woman2: "Well, live and learn."
To which I made the obvious joke: "Well, she has certainly lived."
... long pause ...
Woman2: *laugh*
Woman2: "Oh, it's like you're saying she hasn't learned!"
Yes. Exactly. Thank you for explaining what was painfully obvious to everyone but you.
I have no patience for people today. Thankfully the company will improve much this evening. James is hanging out till Sunday night, and Audrey and Damon are coming in this afternoon to go to a wedding on Sunday.
