I'm trying to write a subject title like Tenten. Completely random things thrown together that don't even try to make sense. It's perfect.
Anyway, I gotta do the Route 14 and O-East reports now. I wanted to go to the Dolly event live tmrw at Osaka MUSE...and the instore at LIKEA on Thursday. But, both look like a no-go for me. Anyone in Osaka interested in going to the Dolly instore. Looking at esthered here...cuz I think you could use a fun pick-me-up like this. If anyone is interested, I'd like to get my "jewel's dRIP" CD signed by the band. :) There's a talk, handshake, and sign session. DX This is their 2nd instore I will have missed. O_____O;;;
Anyway, like my list from yesterday stated...I took shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo. Ugh. My last minute planning bit me in the ass, by the time I wanted to book a bus ticket...the bus I wanted was sold out, and I didn't wanna bother taking a bus that wasn't a midnight bus. =/ Also, I could use the extra rest. My budget is ok...considering my September lives are minimal. I only have 1 left in Osaka on the 29th. UnsraW is really packing away the lives: 9/29, 10/18, 10/26, 11/20. :) I'm missing Ayabie, SUICIDE ALI, and Awoi on the 29th...and the lynch. Tokyo oneman on the 20th. Oh well.
I got to Shinagawa at about 2pm, and then headed over to Shinjuku...but didn't meet up w/ Kiyoka til 3-ish cuz she was running late. ;_; So, we didn't have much time to hang out before I had to go to Motoyawata. =/ We did have a chance to take some purikura really quickly though. The train ride from Shinjuku to Motoyawata was a good 40min...so I got to the station at about 4:45. The restroom in the station is really nice. And then walked over to Route 14...it's a straight pass, and then into a triangular cut-off block.
This place be smaller than ell.FITS ALL. Eri said that it's TINY. I had #110, and she had #130ish. We had to wait a while longer cuz they were just stuck on calling out #~30. Eventually, I got in...the stairs are narrow, the entrance way is narrow. And there's a swinging bar right in front of the drink counter. God it was narrow. The venue's ceiling was scarily low. I swear there was not enough air in there for 200+ppl. The air conditioner was set all the way in the back. I made my way to the front...and then Eri managed to find me. We still had a long time to wait before the show started at 5:30pm. D:
This is the first time I thought that waiting was hell. The live hadn't even started yet, but I was sweating bullets. Stormy bullets! I was using my giru towel like mad. Barking mad! Everyone was like, "atsui!atsui!atsui!"...at one point, we could hear the staff saying that ppl couldn't come in if we didn't move forward. HA! Like there was space. Maybe if the ppl in 2nd row weren't such bogarts for space...then maybe. And I'm sure we all knew that the live couldn't start until everyone was in. Route 14 is too small for both lynch. and girugamesh.
They definitely did not start on time...I'd say at about 5:45pm at the earliest. It was a painful wait. I didn't feel like I would pass out, but it was just so hot. We were just sweating all over each other. DDD: The curtains were pulled. Then, lynch. marched on stage...I swear I couldn't see their entrance. Hazuki didn't have a platform. When he moved forward, he was SOOO damn close. It was like personal space range, but I was like 4 or 5 rows back.
OMG!!!!! Why did I set myself behind the 2 biggest bitch lynch. fans!!? One was directly in front of me, and her friend was diagonal to my right. The diagonal friend was just jabbing me in the side for NO REASON! Why does this always happen to me? I'm not moving! I'm being moved. DDD: I was making obvious gestures like I was being punched, and I think the girl behind me realized what was happening, so she was a bit softer w/ the motions...and also trying to fight the diagonal bitch.

前の方で、私の斜め前に居た知り合いを左から押して、肘から割り込んだあげく

It's just gonna be filled w/ unpleasant boys and girls who can't control their boners for Hazuki, who I now claim to be my Morrissey...cuz he be an emo gay boy. I've just decided. Whether I'm joking or not, is up to you. I want Junji to be an official member. He's been w/ them longer and for more shows than any other support bassist. Just do it!

両日ともソールドしてたって事もあって、熱気がハンパなかったね。
Both days were sold out, so our hotness were evident.
二日ともお世辞抜きに最高だったぜ。
These 2 days have been the best reward.
特に名古屋は、前回のワンマンで感じてたモヤモヤが一気に吹き飛んだって感じかな。
Especially Nagoya, it felt like our previous oneman.
急なトラブルに負けることなく良いライヴが出来たってのは、すげー大きな自信に繋がったよ。
We had a sudden bit of trouble, but we were able to pull off an awesome live. I'm totally filled with an abundance of confidence.

あそこは距離が近すぎて若干照れる部分もあり、目の前の子の手踏んじゃって申し訳なかったり。笑
The distance between the stage and the bar was really close, so I'm really sorry to the girls in front. laugh
とにかく楽しかった。ギルガメッシュによるダンスナンバー化したunknown～も聴けたし。 笑
Anyway, it was fun. Cuz I was able to hear girugamesh play our dance number "Unknown lost a beauty". laugh
まぁいつか全国でやりたいね。

After the lynch. set, the meiwaku-ko's exited, and I was free to move forward for girugamesh. :) Eri and friend aren't really into girugamesh, so they opted for the back. I was able to be 3rd row while waiting...and then eventually 2nd row cuz someone left. Woohoo!! Smack dab center! There were 2 foreigners 2 ppl to the right of me. Made eye contact w/ them, but they prb just thought I was a strange Japanese girl who knew how to smile at strangers. -_-
The wait wasn't so long...so I was happy. I was also happy that they were playing KoRn as background music. x3 Ha! I stripped off one of my layers, which was just a thin brown knit shirt...so then I was just wearing my purple tank top. Everything was wet. There was more air up front...and just more air in general for girugamesh. Maybe all the lynch. fans got the good tickets, so it freed up a lot of space. Yokatta.
They pulled back the curtains, and started w/ their SE. They came out one by one...motioning for my screams. The audience was tight, but not as much compared to the lynch. set. Also, there were a lot more guys moving forward. To my diagonal right, there was a group of 5 guys...who stood there like a wall. I felt sorry for the girls behind them. Again w/ the 2ch complaints...there were definitely girls that reached those guys' shoulders. =/
This time, I suppose, to avoid technical troubles again...Ni started off w/ his white glitter guitar first, and the whispering "aimai na mikaku" intro started up. During this song, I could see clear to Ryo's setlist that was taped to his drum kit. I am unbelievably thankful for the clear view I had of everyone. 2nd row is definitely the best seat for most shows.

Throughout the live..I felt like I was inching closer and closer to the stage, but in reality...I was 2nd row for the entire show. Maybe it was cuz Satoshi came up really close, and could actually reach over us. I noticed he had less make-up than normal. Or maybe he was just sweating and wiping it off like Shuu.
The encore was absolutely fantastic. The guys came out in suits, except for Satoshi...who was wearing the lynch. tour t-shirt. XD I don't like that shirt cuz it's a baseball tee. But it look great on guys and flat-chested girls. He looked so much more relaxed. But when he turned around, we could see all of his sweat marks. He mentioned at the Nagoya show that lynch. played one of their songs, and so they were gonna do "Unknown lost a beauty"...woohoo!!
Except...like, um...all the lynch. fans were in the BACK!!! Haha. It was interesting to hear it being played by girugamesh...cuz for one: they don't have twin guitars, and two: Satoshi's voice doesn't go low the same way that Hazuki's does. Yup. But it was seriously so much fun...cuz there was more room than when lynch. played that song. Haha. *sigh* giru fans make me happy.
By now, Shuu's, Ni's, and Satoshi's blog entries have been translated at girugameshu, so no point in me trying. It took ages to get outta the venue...cuz the entrance/exit was so fucking tiny and narrow. I went to give my enquettes for the Nagoya show, and to get ones for this show. And while I was in that corridor, I heard a lot of loud voices behind a wall. It was all the band members just yakking away.
Giru staff lady was hustling around, being really busy...and when she went inside, she opened the door wide open. And Junji was standing there (maybe drinking something), and I think we both shared a shocked moment. I had to kinda think about who it was in that beanie and glasses...cuz that's like everyone's standard plainclothes uniform. Haha. Ah...they all must have gotten a discount at the emo-glasses shop. Shuu is sportin'. Hazuki & the Sensei be sportin'. And now Junji. ...except, he doesn't wear them when they're packing stuff away outside. =-= Who's he trying to impress?
Anyway, I filled out my enquette outside...and wanted to hand them off to the staff ppl. I only managed to get the giru one to the giru lady. I think she's approachable, so that was easy. But lynch. Fuck lynch. staff boy. He's always so depressed-looking, and scurrying around w/ his back hunched over. Is he their servant? He looks so unhappy! Fuck it. I'm seeing them in October. I'll slip it into the box then. Grr.
I waited around w/ Eri for them all to officially come out. But it was useless. We saw them pack their shit. Drive it off to a parking lot, and then head back in. They be so broke...they uchiage backstage?! HUH!? But the staff guys were already leaving and stuff. Just weird. Anyway, I caught a train to Shimoigusa...and met up w/ Kiyoka. She let me stay at her place. x3 A bit of a tight squeeze, but good. Her bed is the nicest thing about her home. Big and soft.
The next day was D'espairsRay for me and Sadie for her.
Yea...I chilled out w/ Kiyoka during the day. Waited for Sadie-demachi. Which was a pain, cuz it was so hot. D: Walked around Shibuya. Walked around Harajuku. Walked. Walked. Walked. Got back to Shibuya around

Worst thing about everything. My flyers, along w/ my ticket stub, are gone. I think they dropped outta my bag when I was on the bus. FUCK!! ;_; My #389 ticket. I tried contacting the bus company, but...to no avail. D: I wish they'd let me know something at least. The company is just right in Umeda. Maybe they threw it away, and don't have the heart to tell me. DDD:
Plus, I went home w/ so many bruises. Not even funny. The bars and the girls at O-EAST were vicious. But I still had a great time, esp. the acoustic set. It was just so intimate...if you can imagine for such a large livehouse.

Throughout the live..I felt like I was inching closer and closer to the stage, but in reality...I was 2nd row for the entire show. Maybe it was cuz Satoshi came up really close, and could actually reach over us. I noticed he had less make-up than normal. Or maybe he was just sweating and wiping it off like Shuu.
The encore was absolutely fantastic. The guys came out in suits, except for Satoshi...who was wearing the lynch. tour t-shirt. XD I don't like that shirt cuz it's a baseball tee. But it look great on guys and flat-chested girls. He looked so much more relaxed. But when he turned around, we could see all of his sweat marks. He mentioned at the Nagoya show that lynch. played one of their songs, and so they were gonna do "Unknown lost a beauty"...woohoo!!
Except...like, um...all the lynch. fans were in the BACK!!! Haha. It was interesting to hear it being played by girugamesh...cuz for one: they don't have twin guitars, and two: Satoshi's voice doesn't go low the same way that Hazuki's does. Yup. But it was seriously so much fun...cuz there was more room than when lynch. played that song. Haha. *sigh* giru fans make me happy.
By now, Shuu's, Ni's, and Satoshi's blog entries have been translated at girugameshu, so no point in me trying. It took ages to get outta the venue...cuz the entrance/exit was so fucking tiny and narrow. I went to give my enquettes for the Nagoya show, and to get ones for this show. And while I was in that corridor, I heard a lot of loud voices behind a wall. It was all the band members just yakking away.
Giru staff lady was hustling around, being really busy...and when she went inside, she opened the door wide open. And Junji was standing there (maybe drinking something), and I think we both shared a shocked moment. I had to kinda think about who it was in that beanie and glasses...cuz that's like everyone's standard plainclothes uniform. Haha. Ah...they all must have gotten a discount at the emo-glasses shop. Shuu is sportin'. Hazuki & the Sensei be sportin'. And now Junji. ...except, he doesn't wear them when they're packing stuff away outside. =-= Who's he trying to impress?
Anyway, I filled out my enquette outside...and wanted to hand them off to the staff ppl. I only managed to get the giru one to the giru lady. I think she's approachable, so that was easy. But lynch. Fuck lynch. staff boy. He's always so depressed-looking, and scurrying around w/ his back hunched over. Is he their servant? He looks so unhappy! Fuck it. I'm seeing them in October. I'll slip it into the box then. Grr.
I waited around w/ Eri for them all to officially come out. But it was useless. We saw them pack their shit. Drive it off to a parking lot, and then head back in. They be so broke...they uchiage backstage?! HUH!? But the staff guys were already leaving and stuff. Just weird. Anyway, I caught a train to Shimoigusa...and met up w/ Kiyoka. She let me stay at her place. x3 A bit of a tight squeeze, but good. Her bed is the nicest thing about her home. Big and soft.
The next day was D'espairsRay for me and Sadie for her.
Yea...I chilled out w/ Kiyoka during the day. Waited for Sadie-demachi. Which was a pain, cuz it was so hot. D: Walked around Shibuya. Walked around Harajuku. Walked. Walked. Walked. Got back to Shibuya around

Worst thing about everything. My flyers, along w/ my ticket stub, are gone. I think they dropped outta my bag when I was on the bus. FUCK!! ;_; My #389 ticket. I tried contacting the bus company, but...to no avail. D: I wish they'd let me know something at least. The company is just right in Umeda. Maybe they threw it away, and don't have the heart to tell me. DDD:
Plus, I went home w/ so many bruises. Not even funny. The bars and the girls at O-EAST were vicious. But I still had a great time, esp. the acoustic set. It was just so intimate...if you can imagine for such a large livehouse.
