As many of you know, yesterday at Virginia Tech University, the deadliest shooting in U.S. history took place. The gunman has been identified as a senior from South Korea according to the University. However, the police are unsure if the gunman is the same as the shooting that occurred in the dorms before the shooting in the engineering building. Among the dead were students and two professors, one from India, the other Israel. The Israeli professor, 75 years old, was, according to his son phone interview from Tel Aviv, blockading the door and asking the student to walk away when the student open fired and fatally killed the professor.
My thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by this tragedy. I am in complete shock and awe at the terrible nature of people.
