film: Food Fight
We saw film #2 in the local Earth Week film fest: Food Fight. I recommend seeing it. For those of you already into local/organic/sustainable food, there's not much new, but I did enjoy learning about Alice Waters and the Chez Panisse story, and about the Allen family and their Growing Power organization.
Another cool thing in the movie is the Edible Schoolyard project. There were some people in the audience tonight that announced plans to do something similar in Springfield schools, so that's pretty exciting.
