Our Saturday Morning Ritual
I wake up early. I surf the Internets while waiting for pt to wake up. I tell her to get ready to ride to the Farmers' Market. She gets ready. Asks me if I'm ready. Oops, I'm not ready yet. I get ready.
Ride to the market.
Buy lots of market loot, which always includes a dozen eggs and two baguettes.
Ride home from market.
Slice up a baguette. Harvest fresh chives from the garden. Chop chives and mix with cream cheese. Spread cream cheese on bread and top with tomatoes. Watch the This Old House Hour on WILL while we pig out.
