POTTY TRAINED...

THAT IS RIGHT...BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!!! Dannah bop - a -re is finally putting her money where her mouth is...for months uh year...she will tell you "I am not a baby" but when it comes to matters of keeping her pull ups /panties dry she has not been such a big girl... slowly but surely we had our first poopy and she was like that was not so hard after all... but I think the real kicker has been Baby Alive... she has the one that wets it diapers... then a few weeks ago Callie our niece had one that ate and pooped ( and it looked soo real ) and Dannah has been stuck on having one of those baby alive's...but I told her that one was for big girls who already was potty trained... and could go in the potty -- if Baby Alive can do it surely you can...dannah... well... as of this weekend she has put on the princess panties and done great at keeping them dry...she will stop mid-play and run to the potty... yeah!!!! So last night she refused to put on a pull-up at bedtime -- which made me nervous I would be cleaning up the bed... she did it!! Kept them dry all night... Mark and I both were waking her up at 6:30 making her go ...and holding our breath... and she has done great...I will not say we are accident free but folks... after 8 years next month... I am DONE WITH DIAPERS/PULL-UPS ... Cole still wears them at night but we are making him know that if he does not do his part in being a big boy there will be no big boy Nintendo DS for birthdays... and Dannah is quick to rub it in his face that she is not a baby..and how gross he is when he poops in those pull ups... We are stay on him like white on rice...sooo I am seriously excited about getting my big babies... out of this last stretch of dependence on us (in this area)... FREEDOM NEVER LOOKED SOOO SWEET!!! or smelled so much better!! lol!!! So everyone get up right now and do A POTTY DANCE !!!! We sure are!!!!!!!! And don't judge ...remember ... Jesus says he is our judge...;-) so again ...better late than never!!!
ugh and now i run to wal-mart for potty pads...to cover public potty!!! (kk and jj!!!)
