Playing Catch Up....
So I still feel the stress from this past month in my shoulders and neck!!! I have not had normal sleep in so long I am on overdrive!!! Eli went for our second follow up appointment last week and it was narrowed down to "walking pneumonia" - blood test were clear... but he responded so well to the first antibiotic that she kept him on it and put him on another... I think he was a bit pumped up from all the meds last week and his teacher can attest...right Holly?? (or at least I hope it was the meds??) Anyway... we are as of today officially off our meds only doing our morning and evening inhaler and singular... and albuteral as needed!!! So life is somewhat back to normal... Soccer Opening Ceremonies started this weekend... and his first game was Saturday... he played but played it easy... back in church today... We also had a great Labor Day weekend with my two favorite gal pals... and all our 8 kids and three hubbies and one brother who we all adore... good days... and Cole and Eli along with the other kids -- minus dannah all skied!!! We were some very proud parents and I will have to post pictures of that event later... I also think that others on the lake looked at our boat and thought "thank God that is not us!!" hehe!!! They all love each other and get along soo well though... it is fun to hang out and we all live in the same chaos so we are use to it!!! We pray they always grow up so close and watch out for each other and at least go on first dates with each other so us three moms can tag team stake outs!!!
Dannah also started her second year of dance...she is thrilled to be back on her toes... loves Mrs. Robbin... and her dancing friends... maybe this year she will over come stage fright???
September is going to be the calm before our next storm...we don't have a whole lot planned this month but October is coming and lots of new things coming our way...Mark's job is in full swing and we have been warned I want see him until after Christmas... and I will be having some outpatient surgery done... so I am already praying about all that!!! Oct...always is full of fun getting ready for Halloween...the kids seem to already have some things in mind...maybe this year Cole will actually dress up... he wants to be the bad hulk and eli the good hulk?? I think it is cute he wants to be like big brother... eli not so thrilled??? Dannah wants to be the same as last year so I will have to work on her a bit... Sooo... here to another week... maybe more rest and yearly bed times... :) love to all...
