- 13:06 Lost half a day of work to my old friend, debilitating cramps (already had latter half of today off). Need to force self out for errands. #
- 18:22 Seriously need to put nose to grindstone and work on improving my art. I have an empty sketchbook and some reference books. We can do this. #
