My return to Oberlin for Winter Term has unfortunately been punctuated by upsetting dental agony. Apparently, I have a problem with clenching my teeth which has my teeth, particularly the right side of my mouth, in incredible stabbing pain. As a somewhat orally fixated person, this is obnoxious as hell. I can't do a lot of my favorite things; it's going to be hard to cook and taste my progress, as well as eating it. Singing is somewhat difficult, not to mention what making out with someone would feel like. My dad, who's been in the same position before, has told me that it goes away after time and with the use of the mouth guard that I had made, but those days up until then are going to be trying.
