Happy Birthday to me...
I just got home from the gym. Yeah, that's right - the gym. I signed up on Saturday and had my first appointment with the trainer this morning at 7:00 am. I have decided I need to make a commitment to take care of myself, so joining the gym was my birthday gift to myself. Now I am off to hit the shower and to get myself to my yearly appointment with the astrologer. I don't have clients until 2:00 today, so I decided to take advantage of the time.
I have just gotten to the point that I am tired of being tired. I am sick of feeling anxious and stressed. I am tired of not being able to fit into my cute clothes. So rather than bitch about it, I am doing something to change the situation.
So I guess I am making my resolutions early this year. But then again, these are not resolutions, these are the new game plan for my life. That's my soapbox!
