Slow progress
In follow up to last week's post, I do not have skin cancer! Whoo-hoo! Work is still tolerable. Dinner at The Precinct was awesome. I needed a cigarette when I finished my steak - yea, it was that good.
I had a slight freak out because Friday I got an email telling me I had to have my incomplete from last semester completed by Tuesday in order to be allowed to take the final exam. I worked on my research stuff all day Sunday and got about 2/3 of the way finished. I emailed UK and told them that my prof. and I had agreed on May 1 as my due date, but I would get it done by Easter Sunday if she would go ahead and put in my application for the comp. She did. So now I will be spending my weekend doing my paper and other various homework assignments that I am late doing for this semester. I swear this snowball just keeps getting bigger.
Otherwise, I am doing OK. I have moments when I daydream about a better job, but mostly I think about trips I want to take and projects for the house that will fill my days when school is finished. (sigh:))
