The year in review-- why not?

Dec 16, 2005 13:09

This is more for my amusement than anyone else's. Plus I'm procrastinating showering and locating my showering materials.

January: A lot happened in 2004, a lot changed... and not a lot for the better.

February: I'm going to be glad when rush stuff is over.

March: Dr. Lang is letting me conduct Vincent.

April: I suppose I should update in here... as I munch on Easter candy and listen to lesson tapes (gag).

May: Well. It's May 8th. 18 days until my birthday, 6 days until I go home, and 2 days left of serious required stuff.

June: [clop clop clop] [whinny whinny] [A big long quote from Monty Python haha]

July: Today... was awesome. After work. It started with running away from crazy relatives to bring something down to the barn and then I just got sucked in.

August: Happy August. I'm still alive, just a little behind.

September: Well. I came home for the weekend. I'm really glad I did, because I love home. [I also shot a beer can and decided I was Annie Oakley. Ohhhh, I'm funny.]

October: What other mom stops in to visit her daughter for an hour during a 6 hour trip... and sings "If Moon Were Cookie"?? Oh, and not once... but twice.

November: This is me procrastinating writing out a mini-lesson plan for tomorrow's "silent rehearsal" in conducting. I should just go to bed. Well, I should write the lesson and go to bed.

December: Ahh, that's great. Mom is flying down to Tennessee today with Uncle Pete for "the shotgun weddin'". [Ugh, gross image.] I told her to call me if they ever felt like drinking paint thinner.
