it's called Beach Withdrawal Syndrome.
bit overdue on the boracay update. busy weekend, also a bit reluctant to let go of the beach. damn, it's like my feet are planted here in manila, but my nails are still dug into the sand miles away.
so here's to 12 km walks (from station 1 to station 3) every day, pizzas and crepes, cornrows and cornshells. to cocomangas and backlights and illusion shakers, not to mention bright blue puke. to funny drunk boys and stargazing on the beach. digicams, discmans, henna tats, banana boats, swimming to a raft in the middle of the sea to sunbathe in beer on a cloudy day. to candlelit sand sculptures, bikinis, finding songs that sound well on the beach. capote in your hands, sand between your toes and ben kweller in your ears. to staying up until 7 and talking to perfect strangers, even the ones you don't like, i guess. to noel's, mermaids, crescent moons, shooting stars and golden tans. to 5 girls to a shower, to a beach blanket, to a dance platform. to martina, reg (and reg again! :), iya, kerin and trisha! :)
~ i plan to post pictures as soon as i get the charger i left behind back. we packed like hell but we still missed our flight. what a way to end it all. but god, what a way it all was.
