day 2: today, i wore clothes to protect my skin. tried to get into the lighthouse but it was closed (stuff is closed in the winter a lot) we checked out this beach where they were dredging right off the coast. beast of a machine. some youths were climbing on the dunes and practicing their lacross shots by shooting a ball at them. made me want to ecoterrorize they bouji azzez. then we went to check out this other beach where we found a bunch of tidal pools and a crab. she was taking a nap in the sun and was being pretty crabby for lack of a better word when we tried to make friends with her. my brother met some hip kids on the beach who later tried to burn down their house by bllllaaaazin wicked hard. reality television put me in a weird mood and the full moon ceremony just wasnt as ceremonial as it normally is. no biggy. we leave tomorrow and i haven't even gotten to eat a turtle egg yet. looking forward to 7 layer nachos at taco bell.
