last night it stayed light out until about 8:15.
it is sunny, and warm, and it smells good outside. apples are fucking delicious; have you had a fuji apple recently? maybe it is just this year's crop, but it is like the best thing i have ever put in my mouth.
i bought a baseball glove, and me and garran have been throwing the ball around pretty much every day it is nice enough to. baseball smells good, too. this glove isn't going to fade into memory as some old childhood relic, either. this is the glove that fits my adult hand; i might be using it to teach my own kids how to play catch. maybe, one of them will grow up left-handed and he'll use this glove to teach his kids. maybe i'll have kids that won't be interested in baseball at all. i'm still gonna keep the glove around. i love baseball.
i have had an urge to paint, and to excercise, and to build furniture, and to just change things. soon i'll be moving up to bellingham, and actually establishing myself, not only as myself but as really a part of something bigger. it scares me a little but mostly it just totally excites me.
life has sucked in the past, and life will suck in the future. sometimes life sucks now. but living is pretty fucking great.
