Ride
So I've been slacking off on the riding for about 3 weeks now and it bothers me. So I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Yesterday was a ride to Northern Liberties/Fishtown. I wanted to visit Jay's Pedal Power. It's cramped with stuff, some really cool. Great price on Lake Mountain Bike shoes, which I'll try to pick up after Christmas. I also happened upon DiPinto guitars' storefront. They sell DiPinto guitars and an offshoot, K&A guitars. They also have some amazing used gear, and the topper: a flying V Ukelele. So if you're doing a Don Ho cover of Slayer, you're covered.
Today I did the rec path into Manayunk and the tow path up until the bit where the cobblestone section appears. Long sleeve base layer, wind shell, shorts, nylon baggies over the shorts, and I was just warm enough.
