Good times, Bad times
Good times:
Friday was my company's holiday party. Lots to drink and eat, chance to catch up with friends from other departments and generally talk smack.
Saturday was a day of recovery and renewal. Late starts, false starts, cat naps, etc. Laundromat visitation and its accompanying greeting to the cute girl behind the counter of the grocery where I go for reading material. Evening outing with khrystabelle, misfit4life and some stubbornly non-LJ friends: the quadruple-layered torte of Syriana, followed by El Azteca (holy mole, Batman!), followed by Fergies, followed by Capogiro.
Plus, in my tribute to Keith Richards, the return of the Hindu prayer scarves! Block-printed rayon, this time in pink and purple.
Bad times:
Continuation of my holiday funk, continued strife at my place of worship.
