misfit4life came by to relieve me of the long-defunct Coleman propane grill. I was happy to be rid of it.
My two oldest nephews got tattoos on the 18th birthday of the younger of the two 'phews. I'd like to report that they got flaming skulls with snakes crawling out the eyesockets, or some obscure Japanese demonology, but they went budget with their first tattoos, much like their dear Uncle Kick. And my sister isn't blaming this on me, at least not yet.
A guy I knew from church and Sunday School and who I hadn't seen in years died of AIDS recently. My folks went to his funeral, because they know his parents from church. I'm glad my folks went, because they're both a little intolerant of gays, especially my father.
I'm soon to start a second job on weekends, working in a bike shop. I don't expect to get rich, but I hope to pay down my credit card, have some fun, and maybe use an employee discount every now and then.
