In every theatre
is a chair, worn and neglected of care
When the picture show is started
She just succumbs to that awful station
circumvented and muffled by someone's derriere.
It is a misery of temptation
To be helpless in bounderies of the soul
With murderous vengence she wraps around hind quarters
Impotent inaction and choking on fallen tootsie rolls.
Lot's wife had it easier
A pillar of salt may be neglected and in a fix
but it is better to be blown and licked
by the tradewinds and the fauna
then pressed upon by an ass and getting kicked.
