hey boy where did you go
It seems like I'm only updating when I need to vent... Anyway I've been pretty busy lately so I kind of failed at the updating thing. My parents were there, then my friend and I had all my papers due the same week so it's been pretty stressful but it's my last week of school so everything's good now! Plus the weather is absolutely fantastic! Sunny blue sky and it's almost warm, yay! The negative thing about this is that now I really don't want to stay indoors all day in the library to work on my master's thesis...
I' m really really glad that Spring is finally here except for the fact that everyone around me is paired up. Like I get it it's the mating season but dear God I'm feeling left out! At least in Paris I actually have single people with whom I can hang out. I do not like feeling like a third wheel, it's definitely not fun. Yet in this whole spring-ish reproduction phase I have found a positive side... I'm apparently still able to have a crush on a guy. I haven't liked anyone in years (yes,it has been that long) but I'm still capable of feeling anything besides lust for a guy so yay. Well of course it's a one way thing and he's off limits anyway otherwise I wouldn't be complaining. But I'm still relieved.
Everything's good in tvland because The Office is coming back next week. Woohoo. And the new seasons of BSG and Doctor Who have started so double yay! The last episode of Torchwood was incredibly awesome but damn I was super depressed after I watched it.
Oh and best news ever: I'm going to Jason Mraz's concert on the 27th. Heeeeeeeeeeee. I'm gonna be completely honest and admit I wish I could go with my brother because that would have been omg amazing but I'm super excited. Now I'm just kind of hoping that he'll do a show in Paris while I'm there. That would be the best thing ever since I missed him last summer (and yes, I am still devastated about this). Anyway I really love the I'm Yours version that's on the We Sing EP. It's just lovely.
