Where is my mind...
I didn't know that this season of The Office had 24 episodes... Now I understand why the last one didn't have this season finale vibe.
This news cheered me up a great deal... I feel incredibly depressed because of the presidential election. France has a new president, woohoo! Except not really because I despise the guy, most of his ideas, his methods, most of his allies and his vision of what France should be like. And in June we have to vote for the legislative elections...
My summer holidays started ten days ago and so far, it's been good (except for the enormous presidential disaster of course). I'm trying my best to avoid thinking about stressful things and as a result, I've started rereading the Harry Potter books. I'm almost done with GOF so I'll need to find a new occupation soon. Anyway I'll have more stuff to do at the end of the month and in June, once everyone will have their results for the semester.
My only regret is that I probably won't be going on holiday until July in the South-West of France, which I'm totally looking forward to because my parents have actually bought a house there this year and I haven't even seen pictures of it yet.I have several friends who had talked about organizing weekends away and stuff but because of the elections and our general laziness, I don't think it'll lead to anything.
I think I'll come home around July 20th (I've already warned my parents that I wanted to be in Paris when the new HP book came out) and then I'm leaving for Toronto on August 10th. Whether it's just for 2 weeks or for 9 months, I don't know yet (which is incredibly stressful by the way). I just wanna know for sure already damnit! Though I shouldn't complain, I have a friend who has applied for a program thingie in Ireland and she won't know before the end of June where she's going to be sent... I really shouldn't complain.
Anyway I'll definitely try to update and comment more often now that I have the time.
